Khancoban is a friendly country town and a genuine hidden gem in regional NSW. The Pickled Parrot Providore sits right at the centre of it, serving the locals who live here and the travellers passing through on some of the most scenic roads in Australia.
We're a place to break the journey, meet other travellers, grab what you need and eat something real before heading back out into the mountains.
